Our Approach
We prefer collaboration with clients in which we participate and manage projects from the very beginning and the creation of the target vision. A successful project is defined by meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budgets. Our main role is to provide expert knowledge and know-how from nearly 100 successfully completed projects. We help clients identify critical activities, attend project review meetings, and advise whether the work can be accepted or what still needs to be done to fulfill the contract and successfully complete the project.
Project Management Process

We guide clients from the project’s inception and target vision through the design and comparison of feasible options to the implementation and launch of the winning solution into regular operation. We coordinate all stakeholders so that each delivery aligns with the overall vision and development strategy of the client.
Tender Offer Review and Contract Evaluation

We provide reviews of pricing offers and contracts for the delivery of information systems, racking systems, conveyors, and automation components. We conduct technical evaluations of submitted offers. The main goal is to ensure quality and comparability between offers. The cheapest offer is not always the best one. A secondary benefit for our clients is the reduction of average acquisition costs while improving the quality of delivered systems.
Execution of Tenders

We carry out tenders for suppliers of ERP systems, WMS (warehouse management systems), handling and storage technologies, or logistics service providers. We prepare detailed tender documentation including technical drawings (e.g., racking heights, load requirements). Selection criteria include solution quality and safety, supplier reliability, delivery time, and overall cost.
